Photographer Pat Healy injured at Navan

Photographer Pat Healy has been taken to hospital following a incident after the line at the opening race at Navan.
Thatsy and Entoucas fought out a thrilling conclusion on the www.navanracecourse.ie Maiden Hurdle, with the group coming close with all the run into the line following negotiating the last hurdle.
While Thatsy just edged in front to win, Entoucas appeared to crash during the inside railing after the post – colliding with the photographer, who had been stationed nearby.
He was tended to by staff – and after he had been reported to be conscious, he was taken to Blanchardstown Hospital by ambulance for additional evaluation, causing a delay to the nextMonksfield Novice Hurdle.
The physician on duty at the monitor, Frank Kenny, stated:He left the course really secure and contains injuries to the ideal side of his torso.
Driver and entoucas Mark Walsh escaped injury, together with the jockey reporting his bracket had dived after the lineup just at the gap at the railing.
